1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child in our cheerleading program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to parents and guardians in a timely manner.
2. Enrolment and Fees
- Class Fees: Fees are due on a monthly basis. Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Uniforms and Footwear: Parents are responsible for purchasing required uniforms (competition teams only) and appropriate footwear. Details will be provided upon registration.
3. Attendance and Punctuality
- Regular Attendance: Consistent attendance is crucial for team cohesion and skill development. Parents should inform the coach in advance of any planned absences. Competition team athletes may be removed from a team if their attendance is having a negative impact on the team's progress.
- Punctuality: Students must arrive on time for all practices and events, with hair tied up, wearing appropriate footwear and uniform, if specified.
4. Code of Conduct
- Respect and Sportsmanship: All participants are expected to show respect to coaches, teammates, and any other teams or officials. Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
- Behaviour: Parents and students must adhere to the behaviour guidelines outlined by the program. Failure to do so may result in suspension or expulsion from the program.
5.Photography and Media Release
- Consent: By enrolling your child, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during practices and events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing.
